• What is CelebCalls?

  Celebcalls is a revolutionary way for you to have your friends or families favorite celebrity contact them for just about any special occasion. You customize your greeting by selecting hundreds of options for each celebrity. The greeting can then be sent as a phone call or e-card.

• Are the voices real?

  We record every celebrity on the site specifically for CelebCalls. We do not use any celebrity impersonators and you can be assured that the greetings are from the real celebrity.

• Why isn't my friends name listed?

  We record over 500 first names with our celebrities. We get these names from the social security administration and we cover about 90% of all names in the US. If you or your friend has an unusual name, there's a chance that we don't have a recording for it. However, you can select a more general recording like "Hey Partner" or "Hey Buddy".

• Can I get a refund?

  Since this is a digital product, we must enforce an "All sales are final" policy.

• My friend didn't get the call!

  While we make every effort to make sure that all calls are delivered successfully, there are certain instances where the call doesn't come through. If you have an account with us, you may use the "view past orders" option on the "my account" menu to view the status and resend your call within 48 hours of the delivery date.

• When my friend answered the phone, nothing played!

  When the phone call connects, our system uses a special method to determine whether an actual person has answered the phone or if it was a voicemail system or answering machine. It's very important that when the recipient answers the phone, they answer it as they normally would. Like "Hello?” If the friend picks up the phone, but doesn't say anything then our system will not be able to figure out when to start playing your message. If this happens, let us know and we will send the call again for you.
